Lane has his Bachelor of Science in nursing from Utah Valley University. After he obtained his CNA he spent six years working in the medical oncology unit prior to working as an RN at a Trauma 2 ER as a Trauma and Charge RN. He began working in the home health and hospice arena more than 5 years ago, where he found his life calling. He has worked with Bridges Home Health and Hospice since 2016 and loves working with such an amazing organization and awesome people.

- Maya Angelou Lori has her CNA, HHA, LPN and BA in healthcare administration. She has been a nurse for 33 years and has worked at outpatient clinics such as orthopedics, podiatry, medical triage and trauma, just to name a few. Currently Lori educates staff and referral sources on the continuum of care that Bridges offers. She is a nurse by trade but providing stellar customer care is what she does.

Christine Boehler (Chris) has worked in the health care industry for more than 20 years. She started in hospital supply sales, eventually transitioning to a manufacturer’s representative and then to ancillary services with a specific focus on home health and hospice. Chris has served as the Vice President of Sales, Director of Business Development, Regional Director of Operations, and Administrator for several national and regional Home Health and Hospice organizations.

- Steve Maraboli With more than a decade of experience in healthcare, Mark Davis oversees a team of sales representatives committed to bringing superior service and attention to its patients and partners. Prior to joining Bridges, Mark worked at Kindred, where he developed relationships with clinicians across the Front Range. He is not only passionate about providing the highest level of care but also bringing joy to the elderly populations he so often visits.

- Abraham Lincoln Vaughn has a background in physical therapy, nutrition and wellness. He is currently responsible for business development, referrals and home health and hospice education.

Lisa has 30+ years in medical offices working closely with doctors, nurses and patients. She previously worked at Porter Hospital at the surgery welcome center, performing all pre-op physicals. Currently she manages all aspects of the Bridges office from taking care of employees and taking care of IT issues to admitting patients.

Tanya has a bachelor’s degree in Nuclear Medicine Technology, a master’s in Business Administration and a Doctorate in Management. She has been in healthcare 25 years and currently manages operations over Colorado Springs and Pueblo Home Health and Hospice.

- The Shawshank Redemption Suzanne has 43 years of experience in Home Health as a director, clinical manager, clinical supervisor and staff nurse. She began working in Hospice in 2003 as a field RN, then as a Home Health field RN in 2006. After years of working in various care roles she switched to management roles in 2010.

Our Caregivers

Our team of caregivers includes specialists and volunteers who provide a wide range of medical and emotional support for patients and their loved ones. Our medical and paramedical staff include physicians, physician’s assistants, licensed nurse practitioners, registered nurses, certified nursing assistants, physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists and many other specialists.

We also work with caregivers who can support the unique emotional and spiritual needs of each patient. We currently have multiple volunteers who undergo specialized training to provide emotional and grief support for patients and their loved ones. Additionally, we have home health aides, chaplains, care coordinators and social workers who are available to provide support throughout the entire time a patient is under our care.
